The Department of Waqar-e-'Amal (Dignity of Labour) is to adapt the habit of doing one's own work with one's hands amongst Atfal and to keep the environment clean through individual and collective Waqar Amal throughout the year.

Engage Atfal in a monthly Waqar Amal Activity, incorporated into monthly Ijlas Aam or performed at the local mosque or neighborhood.

Organize one Misali (Exemplary) Waqar Amal during the year at Majlis level.
