Tajnid

The Department of Tajnid (Statistics) is to keep complete records of the Atfal living in the Majlis, and to create and implement the system of Sa'iqin. This department should revise the Tajnid of Atfalul Ahmadiyya from time to time so that no Tifl is left out of Tajnid.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed information for every Tifl in the Majlis: name, father's name, address, full date of birth, year of Bai'at, education, knowledge of the Holy Qur'an, and cooperation with Majlis. Every Ahmadi boy of seven years of age must be considered a member of Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya.
Compile a separate list of Ma'yar-e-Sagheer (7 to 12 years) and Ma'yar-e-Kabeer (12 to 15) Atfal.
Keep track of Atfal moving in or out of the Majlis and inform National Markaz during the month, including the new address of any Tifl who moved out.

Inform National Markaz about boys turning 7 and Atfal turning 15 as of November 1, so appropriate Tajnid changes are made.
Create Ahzab and appoint a Sa'iq per Hizb (recommended one Sa'iq per 8–10 Atfal living nearby each other).
Ensure all Atfal in the Majlis have filled out the Personal Information Form (PIF) in full, submitted to National Markaz by September 15th.
When a new Tifl moves to the Majlis, submit their PIF to National Markaz as soon as possible.
Provide relevant PIF information to other departments as required so they can organize programs effectively.
Ensure Waqf-e-Nau boys who turn 7 are part of Tajnid with their Waqf-e-Nau Number noted, and Nau Mubai' boys of 7+ are noted accordingly.
