Regional Award of Excellence (2023-24)

• All 12 Regional Monthly Reports should be submitted to Markaz, out of which 10 reports should be on time.
• 1 official meeting with Local Nazimin Atfal should be held monthly with a minimum of 50% of attendance for at least 10 months during the year.
• At least two thirds of the Majalis within the Region should have submitted all 12 Majlis Monthly Reports out of which 10 must be submitted on time.
• At least half of the Majalis within the Region should have held 1 Ijlas Aam monthly for at least 10 months during the year.
• At least half of the Majalis within the Region should have held 2 Nasir Academy or Atfal Class Sessions monthly for at least 10 months during the year.
• 60% of the Regions Tajnid’s Saiq forms should be submitted monthly for a minimum of 9 months during the year.
• At least half of the Majalis within the Region should have organized one Exemplary (Misali) Waqar-e-Amal during the year.
• At least two thirds of the Majalis within the Region should have held their Local Ijtima with atleast 60% of their Tajnid in attendance.
• 100% of the Membership & ljtima’ budget must be collected by October 15.
• At least one Parents session should be held in the year.
• At least one Tarbiyati session for Mayar Kabeer Atfal should be held in the year with the focus on Tarbiyat Related Topics.
• At least one sports tournament or one sports league should be organized at the regional level apart from the Regional Ijtīmā`.

Representation in the Regional Ijtimā’:

• 70% of the Tajnīd must be present in the Regional Ijtīmā` of the Region.

Representation in the National Ijtimā’:

• 40% of Tajnīd for the Eastern Canada Region
• 70% of Tajnīd for the Central Canada Regions
• 10% of Tajnid for Western Canada Regions
